Theatr Fach is at the end of Glyndwr Street in central Dolgellau. The main entrance to the theatre is in Glyndwr Street, but for events in the clubroom entrance is through the side entrance (lift-up-the-latch gate in Aberwnion Terrace) to the right of the theatre.
Parking in the immediate vicinity of the theatre is very restricted. Patrons are recommended to park in the main Marian Car Park and walk the short distance to the theatre (three or four minutes for most people).
Access for people with mobility difficulties, especially those using a wheelchair, is difficult through the theatre's main entrance, which has two steps. However level access is available through the side entrance in Aberwnion Terrace.
Disabled-friendly toilet facilities are available. Glyndwr Street is a 'no through road' with narrow pavements. It is often best to drop-off passengers at the theatre, before driving to the Marian to park.
Patrons arriving by bus should alight at Eldon Square. The walk from Eldon Square to Theatr Fach takes just three or four minutes.
